The Certificate of Resident is an important document stating that a citizen is living permanently in Italy.
The Resident Certificate (“Certificato di Residenza“) is the document proving that a citizen is permanently living in Italy.
The Residence certificate is issued by the Local Council, and enables the citizen to access the local public services, to purchse or lease vehicles, to enroll local schools and to receive communications from the public authorities.
