The main services offered by our company are:

Home Finding Program: Our program includes the research of 3 apartments based on your requirements and budget, the visit of up to 2 properties and assistance to the rental contract.

Assistance for Permit of stay: Our manager, expert in managing immigration provides assistance with the request form, arranging the documents and the meeting at the local immigration office.

Tax Code: Our dedicated consultant will manage the full process of obtaining the Italian tax code (Codice Fiscale), sending the list of the documents and managing the request directly at the Tax Authority offices (Agenzia delle Entrate).

Bank Account Opening: Our staff will assist for the bank account opening process finding the most suitable bank account, sending a summary of costs & conditions, arranging the meeting at the local branch. Telephone assistance during the meeting will be included.

Virtual Concierge: Your dedicated assistant will be by your side to assist all the issues that may arise during the stay. The package includes up to 2 hours of time to book services and providing assistance.

School Enrolment: A dedicated member of our staff will assist for both enrolling children at public or private schools and to join language classes to better understand local life and culture.
